From the very small age she was very Interesting of singing songs. Finally she started learning about Music as a Subject from Narammala Mayurapada Collage, from grade 6 up to the University level with a Fine Art Special digree at Kelaniya University. She’s Hoping do the MA in Music at Kelaniya university. As well she is Presently Doing the “Visharada” .
In her school career she was been awarded from the Island Interschool singing competition. She was the 01st Place from all Island School singing Competition in 1996. As well as she was presenting in all music events at the school.

After her school life she entered to Kelaniya University in 2003. On her arriving to the University there was a Singing Competition Called “ATH WELA” in 2003.she was the best singer in that Competition.

Mean time There was a Album released by the Island Interuniversity, selecting 12 University students who as a good singing performance. She had been sung for that album a song Called “PARAVI KIRILLI”. She had been participating all the Music events held at the Kelaniya University on her university Life.

Kosala was Studying Music under Mrs. Rashmi Sangitha & Practicing Playing Music Interment under Mr.Anil Mihiripanna mean time she was also getting guiding from Mr.Kolitha Banu Dissanayake.

As well as she was participated many Competitions held in several media’s and been awarded.
