Entertainer - Singer - Dancer - Actor
SINGER
Having composed, produced and directed most of his songs and music videos, Dushyanth has been recognized to have a unique style. Dushyanth songs have topped the charts which have enabled him to capture a large fan base in Sri Lanka and among Lankans world wide.
1. "Paana Senehasa", “Jeththu Noney”, “Karaliya”, “Nelum Vilen” and "Vasana Lovak" are some of the recent HIT singles released by Dushyanth and currently he is in the process of finalizing his debut album named “KARALIYA”.
2. Dushyanth represented Sri Lanka in the 9th Shanghai Music Festival in 2006 and he was also awarded the prestigious “Excellent Singer’s award”.
3. Representing Sri Lanka in the South Asian Super Star Contest held in India in December 2008 Dushyanth emerged 2ND RUNNER UP.
4. Dushyanth was also the proud winner of the Showboat All Island singing competition in year 2000.

DANCER
Being known as a singer who’s presentation was enhanced by his dance, Dushyanth recently proved his skills in dancing while he accelerated his fame like no other artiste in Sri Lanka by winning the “Sirasa Dancing Stars”(SDS) reality TV series.
1. Dushyanth is the founder of “D Star Regiment” a dance/art performance troupe. Teaching for this troupe is conducted by Dushyanth himself at the Western Province Aesthetic Resort.
2. Self mastered dancer, Dushyanth now is a choreographer not only for his productions but for many other events and artists in the industry.
3. Dushyanth is believed to be the most versatile dancer found in Sri Lanka as he proved his skills live on TV(this is believed and commented by many pioneers in the industry and by many fans).
ACTOR
- Being referred to as a multi-talented personality in Sri Lanka Dushyanth has also excelled in acting having played the lead role of “Raoul” in “The Phantom Of The Opera”, as “Guttila” in “Guttila-The musical” and as “Thomas” in “RAG-The musical”.
- Dushyanth entered the silver screen playing the lead role in his debut movie on the 12th of February 2009. The title of the movie is “Dancing Star”.

FUTURE PLANS
Album - The ever so awaited and music album of Dushyanth is set to release in August 2009. This album will consist of Dushyanth's super Hits and many more singles. Dushyanth is most confident that these singles will also be super Hits.
Concerts - The date is set... 29th August 2009. Dushyanth intends doing a live concert at the Joseph's College Auditorium which can hold up to 4000 spectators. This Concert will consist of two segments. Firstly performances of Dushyanth's original music and secondly a selection of the greatest Hits of Michael Jackson. Coincidentally the date of this concert is the same of the King of Pop's 51st birthday. Naming this concert as "Best of Dushyanth" the pay off line would be "A tribute to the King of Pop".

Dance Troupe and Academy - Dushyanth being a comprehensive live performer has formed a dance troupe for his performances named as the "D Star Regiment". However with the popular request and demand Dushyanth is now a teacher conducting a free style dance class at the "Western Province Aesthetic Resort".
